Registration Instructions
Please read all instructions first or print for your convenience.
1. Print the following documents:
2. Obtain USA Track & Field (USATF) and Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) memberships. These two affiliations are required of each NHAGTC team member, and they provide liability insurance protection at practice and competitions. Note: USATF memberships run on a calendar year, from January to December. AAU memberships run from September to August. Talk to one of the coaches about when to join AAU and USATF if you are joining the team near the end of either of the AAU or USATF membership periods.
3. Return to this page and follow our Online Team Registration link below. This will bring you to the CoachO.com website.
4. Complete and pay the club registration. Be sure to print your receipt.
5. Bring the following documents to the first day of practice:
· Membership receipt from CoachO.com
· Medical Form filled out by your physician
· Signed Athlete Agreement
· Proof of AAU and USATF memberships
· Photocopy of birth certificate (required for age verification)
Please Note: Your child cannot practice or compete as a full team member
until the club has all the above
